Comfortable secure surrounding
I offer a safe comfortable confidential space for you to explore issues that are affecting you in your life. The relationship we build is based upon trust, genuineness, understanding and empathy. We can work together to focus on the areas that you are wishing to change in your life, or the areas that are causing you worry and anxiety. I work in a non- judgemental way, which means that my own values and beliefs are put aside in order to truly understand and hear yours. I work short term (up to 6 sessions) or long- term (open-ended) depending on what you decide you need.

I offer introductory sessions at £50, where we can explore the difficulties you are facing. This is a chance for you to see whether I am the right counsellor for you before you commit to further sessions.

I also offer Skype, Zoom, or Microsoft teams counselling sessions.
Training, qualifications & experience

I have over 20 years of counselling and psychotherapy, working with adults, young people, and children in my own private practice; and through organisations such as the women’s health and trauma counselling from sexual abuse.
I trained at the University of Southern Queensland, and have a Bachelor degree in Behavioural science and psychology, with further study as a post graduate student in Neuropsychotherapy. I am currently undertaking a Masters in Transpersonal psychology and spirituality.

I have also completed a certificate in supervision, and offer supervision to trainee counsellors and qualified counsellors.
